BC Parks has added new features to their online reservation system on the Discover Camping website.
If your favourite campsite is already booked, you can choose to be notififed if the campsite becomes available.
If you first choice is booked, new search features will help you find available campsite in nearby BC Parks.
The new website will allow you to sign up for BC Parks newletter and event notices. More features will be added including buying firewood, ice and park merchandise ahead of your visit and buying and sending e-fift cards.
Reservation fees are not changing.
A record 253,000 reservations were made through Discover Camping in 2019 compared to 231,000 in 2018.
