La Mauricie National Park

La Mauricie National Park is the largest natural park in Quebec and the second largest in Canada, covering an area of over 536km2. The park is composed of a series of lakes and rivers, including the Saint-Maurice River and its tributaries, and a variety of boreal forests. It is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including moose, beaver, deer, and more than 250 species of birds. The park is also home to several historic sites, including the Fort Témiscamingue National Historic Site, and is a popular destination for camping, hiking, canoeing, and fishing.
